MELT ADULT CLASSES

WHAT IS MELT ADULTS?

MELT Adults is a rolling six-week dance and fitness programme designed for adults aged 16 and over. Open to both beginners and improvers, MELT Adults provides a welcoming space where you can move, stretch, sweat, and smile – whatever your level or background.
 

This is more than a fitness class. It’s a place to feel good, build confidence, and connect with others through dance and movement. Each week combines creative dance styles with fitness and mindfulness to improve your physical health, enhance your mental wellbeing, and help you form lasting friendships in a supportive, social environment.
 

At MELT Adults, you’ll find a community that values movement, laughter, and wellbeing as much as technique and progress.

HOW IT WORKS

 

MELT Adults runs throughout the year in rolling six-week blocks, meaning you can join at the start of any block and keep going for as long as you like.

  • Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

  • Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Location: [Insert venue name/address]

  • Who It’s For: Adults aged 16+, from complete beginners to those with some experience

Each evening features a variety of dance and fitness-based sessions led by friendly, professional instructors who focus on helping you move at your own pace and enjoy every class.

CLASSES STYLES

 

Typical classes include:

  • Ballet – improve strength, posture, and flexibility

  • Commercial Dance – dance with confidence and expression

  • Jazz Theatre Dance – boost coordination and performance skills

  • Tap – enjoy rhythm, timing, and fun cardio

  • Fitness for Mind & Body – balance movement, mindfulness, and mobility

  • Plus guest workshops and themed sessions across the term

Each session is designed to leave you feeling energised, uplifted, and connected.

Every class you take directly supports a young person through the MELT Foundation, our not-for-profit initiative that provides opportunities for children and young people to access dance, creative education, and wellbeing programmes regardless of their background or circumstances.

Your participation helps fund free or subsidised classes, workshops, and mentorships for the next generation — empowering young people to move, express themselves, and believe in their potential.

PRICING

  • Pay-As-You-Go: £6 per class ( Join anytime. Ideal for newcomers and casual movers)

  • 6-Class Pass: £32 Any six classes in a block, just £5.30 each. 

  • Unlimited Pass: £54 Access classes, up to 18 sessions—around £3 each.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Getting involved is simple – choose a plan that suits your lifestyle:

  1. Unlimited Pass – Access all classes across the six-week block.

  2. 6-Class Pass – Choose any six classes during the block.

  3. Pay-As-You-Go – Drop in whenever it suits you.
