Cancellation Policy

Studio Hire Booking Policy — Melt Arts CIC 1. Purpose Sets clear terms for fair, safe studio use. 2. Eligibility Open to artists, creatives, groups (18+). ID may be required. 3. Booking Book in advance via email/system. Bookings confirmed on payment/deposit. State intended use. 4. Rates & Payment Rates set by Melt Arts CIC. Pay in full (or agreed deposit) before access. Concessions may apply. 5. Cancellation 3 days: full refund. Within 3 days: 50% refund. Within 24 hours: no refund. We may cancel if necessary; refund or reschedule offered. 6. Use of Space Use only as booked. Respect space, equipment, and others. Keep noise reasonable unless agreed. 7. Health & Safety Hirers ensure safe use. Must hold appropriate public liability insurance and provide first aid during hire. Report incidents immediately. Keep exits clear. 8. Damage & Liability Hirers are liable for damage caused. We are not responsible for loss/theft of personal items. Insurance is the hirer’s responsibility. 9. Cleaning Leave clean and tidy. Return equipment. Cleaning fees may apply. 10. Access & Security Follow access instructions. Do not share codes/keys. Secure the space on exit. 11. Prohibited Activities No illegal activity, smoking, drugs, or unsafe use. 12.
